Eva La Rue of "CSI: Miami" vs Cappuccio
Eva La Rue and her long-time boyfriend Joe Cappuccio have planned to tie the knot before, but the couple broke off their first engagement and went their separate ways last year.
However, the time apart seems to have only fanned the flames of their passions. The pair is now reported to be engaged for the second time.
LoveTripper.com reports that the first time Cappuccio proposed, he popped the question after taking the brunette starlet on a helicopter tour around Victoria Falls, which was followed by an elephant ride. This time, however, the romantic man proffered an engagement ring while the two dined al fresco on a beach.
Perhaps the "CSI Miami" actress was only holding out for a better engagement ring? Her current 4-carat bauble boasts a cushion-cut diamond surrounded by pink stones, the website reports.
"I knew he was going to do it, I just didn't know when he was going to do it," the actress told AmericanSuperStarMag.com of the proposal.
La Rue must already be busy with the wedding planning details, as she claims that they plan to marry within the next six months.

She also mentioned their marriage may have animals involved, possibly happening on top of elephants in Thailand.
The 43-year-old actress looks close to half her age and is a consistent when it comes to workouts and diet.
La Rue, who has been linked to Hollywoods iZO Cleanze, is also a huge fan of Pilates - The practice she credits with helping her lose 37 pounds of weight after her pregnancy 8 years ago.
"I certainly wouldn't have worked as hard as I did to lose the weight if I didn't have a TV show to get back to," La Rue told Pilates Style magazine. "That was my motivation."

CSI: Miami's Eva La Rue told Hollyscoop.com last night that her boyfriend Joe Cappuccio popped the question over the New Year's holiday.
Showing off her four-carat diamond ring, she said, "We just got back from Bora Bora and we got engaged in Bora Bora last week." It happened, she said, at "a table for two on the beach by the water. We had a private dinner and the next day we went swimming with sharks."
They're busy planning a "destination wedding" now, she said.

CSI: Miami star Eva La Rue sparkled on the red carpet on Tuesday at the 21st Annual Palm Springs Film Festival and when we say sparkle, we're talking major bling!
Eva showed off a gorgeous four carat cushion cut diamond center stone with small pink side stones along her diamond studded band as she gushed, "I just got engaged!"
"We just got back from Bora Bora and we got engaged in Bora Bora last week," Eva told Hollyscoop. Her fiancé Joe Cappuccio popped the question over the New Years holiday during a romantic dinner for two.
"It was a table for two on the beach by the water, we had a private dinner and the next day we went swimming with sharks," said Eva.
Eva admits that although she knew he was going to propose, she was still a little surprised. "I knew he was going to do it, I just didn't know when he was going to do it," she told Hollyscoop.
She may have just gotten engaged but the wedding planning has already started! "We're already planning, probably in the next six months," she told Hollyscoop.
With award show season right around the corner, Eva recalls that she just received a free trip to Thailand. "I got a trip to Thailand, I don’t think you know about that (gesturing to her husband)," she said with a smile.
A free trip to Thailand? What's a girl to do? Wedding in Thailand? Perhaps honeymoon in Thailand? "We're sort of thinking about both," she said.
Wherever they decide on, it's going to a "destination wedding for sure," she added! Sounds heavenly! Congrats to the happy couple.

Hopefully this time they will make it down the aisle. CSI Miami star Eva La Rue announced to RadarOnline.com that she is once again engaged to boyfriend Joe Cappuccio.
At the 21st Annual Palm Springs Festival on Tuesday night, La Rue revealed that Cappuccio had proposed at sunset a few days earlier while they were on vacation in Bora Bora.

The businessman and the actress had gotten engaged in May 2008 but they broke up the next summer shortly before their planned June wedding in Mexico.
They recently reunited in November.

La Rue also told RadarOnline.com that the wedding will be an adventurous affair, possibly even taking place atop elephants in Thailand.
This will be the third marriage for La Rue who was wed to Seinfeld actor John O' Hurley and soap star John Callahan.
