We caught up with "CSI" star Eva La Rue this weekend at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation' A Time for Heroes Celebrity Picnic, where the former soap star gave us all the deets on her upcoming return to "All My Children."
Excitedly, La Rue tells us she is going back "to work tomorrow" on the iconic soap before it ends for good in September. Following her 2005 departure, Eva says she is "so excited" to be back on the soap. "I'm doing two episodes, and then I do three more episodes during the course of the summer after I go back to 'CSI,' so they're gonna let me do both."
La Rue's daughter Kaya was a regular on the "All My Children" set, and both mother and daughter are excited see their old friends again. "They haven't seen her since she was three, so now she's nine."
Eva La Rue joins Josh Duhamel, who is also making a brief return before the series leaves the air in September.
Watch the video to hear more from celebrities such as Minnie Driver, Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Constance Marie who arrived for the good cause.
